The Bible names five ministry gifts in Ephesians 4:11: apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers. This passage is the source most Christians mean when they talk about “the five ministries” or the “fivefold ministry.”
And it was He who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, (Ephesians 4:11)

Are these still active today?
